Renovation and Restoration of Blenheim Elementary School

Location:

Kansas City, MO

Project Scope:

Renovation & Restoration

The historic Blenheim Elementary School in Kansas City was built in phases beginning in 1924 until 1930. It educated students until 2009 when it closed its doors. Following its closure, the building experienced vandalism, fires and flooding. Element Restoration was able to bring back the former schools’ natural beauty and charm. During this process, Blenheim Elementary was transformed into 52 units now known as Blenheim Senior Apartments.
